The following prices are the base for what I charge when it comes to commissions. I calculate them based on the estimated time the type of commission takes. That's why if your character has a very complex design, I may charge you more.

By commissioning me you state that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:◇ I reserve all copyright to my works. You can post it wherever you want if you credit me by either addressing me as the author or linking any of my social media/carrd. Under ANY circumstances do not remove my signature, resell, NFT or feed my work to the AI.
◇ You, as the client, keep all rights to your original content that I'm portraying.
◇ I have the right to reuse rejected/unused sketches that I came up with during the process of working on your commission.
◇ State clearly BEFORE I begin your commission that you don't want your work to be posted publically here, on Trello or on my social media.
◇ I work on the "first come, first serve basis", regardless of the payment or type of commission.
◇ To commission me, you need to reserve yourself a slot in my queue by filling out my commission form. Claiming a slot allows you to commission a maximum of 5 artworks from me. Only the first filled out form decides your place in the queue (i.e. you fill the form, then someone else fills the form, and when you fill the form again the artwork you order in your 2nd form will belong to the same commission slot as the 1st one).
◇ You can reserve a slot for yourself or someone else via DMs as long as you or the person you're reserving the slot for provide commission details shortly after.
◇ Details: By "details" I mean filled out commission form. If you reserve a slot, but fail to provide the completed form(s) within a week, you will be removed from the queue.
◇ There isn't and will not be any kind of waitlist.
◇ If you won't answer my messages for 30 days, I will assume you've abandoned the project and you will be removed from the queue. I have the right to start working on next person in the queue if you don't answer my messages for 48 hours.
◇ Every artwork will be processed through the anti-ai Glaze software. That means minimal artificing and/or grain on the final piece.
◇ I have the right to refuse doing a commission for any reason that I do not need to state.
◇ By commissioning me you order a digital artwork file. No prints or other physical goods will be sent.
◇ I will not sell any NSFW artwork to clients under the age of 18.
◇ When using contact methods that enable message editing, I will not take into account any messages that use this feature. I kindly ask you to write new messages every time instead of editing – to avoid miscommunication.Payment
◇ I accept payment in USD (PayPal).
◇ I request payment upfront, after you choose one of the few sketches I prepare for you and declare the final price. I will start working on your commission further only after I've received the payment.
◇ REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION: You may cancel commission I did not start yet at any time. If you already paid, I allow 100% refund if I didnt yet start your commission, and 50% refunds if you request it before I finish flat colors. After that point there are no refunds.
◇ I work on flat rates that are based on estimated time the commission will take me. I may charge you more depending on the complexity of your commission or time consuming special requests.
◇ You have the right to ask me for changes or additions in your commision. Up to 5 changes past the sketch stage is allowed per artwork.
a. Changes requested while I'm still working on a piece are mostly free of charge. Exceptions include, but are not limited to: changing the whole character's position when I'm past the line art/flat color stage, changing the complex background once it's done, and other big, time-consuming changes. All of them are to be priced individually.
b. Changes requested once the commission is done follow the same rules as the ones in the subsection "a" for 72 hours after you approve the final version. After that time, even small changes will result in a fee that is to be priced individually based on amount and type of changes requested.Process
◇ Once you've claimed a slot, and I will get to your place in the queue, I will contact you with more questions and a set of sketches that you can freely choose from.
◇ When you choose a sketch you like the most, I will declare the final price and send you an invoice via PayPal.
◇ After that, I will start working on your commission. I post regular updates on Trello, and I contact you regarding any questions or problems I run into during the work. You can ask me for updates any time! I always try to answer as quickly as I can.
◇ After I'm done, I will show you the final, glazed result. Once you approve the final version, I will send you the file via email.
◇ The final file is a 3000x4000px PNG unless requested otherwise. I can downsize it or prepare additional cropped versions per your request free of charge.I WILL draw

◇ Feral & Human OCs. I am happy to try anthro, albeit I don't have much experience with it.
◇ I will draw from your description with additional fee (30% of the commission's base price)I will NOT draw
◇ Vore, Scat (or work involving feces in general), Snuff, Minors doing sexual activities, Babies/children, feeder content, hate art of any kind, gaping, private characters without their owner's permission,
